POR:TA ACTIVATION
Cordel was awarded the grant which enabled the conclusion of production of their new album “Volume II”, which will be launched in the Spring of 2024. The album which will be released on vinyl will also be launched digitally with the support of a collection of illustrations by Pedro Vale which will complement this edition.
"The support which Cordel received through POR:TA’s Open Call for music has been of enormous importance as it has enabled the completion of the group's new album, as well as the production of its physical and audiovisual supports. We are hopeful that this new album will make the group develop and establish a relevant place within the Portuguese music scene. We believe that POR:TA's Open Calls can be a valuable means of boosting artists and cultural projects in Portugal."
